BREAKFAST RECIPE
Ingredients
1 cup steel-cut oats
3 cups vegetal milk (almond, rice…)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp honey*
2 bananas
1 cup pineapples
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup
1/2 cup blackberries
Instrustions
Add oatmeal, milk, vanilla extract, and salt into a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce to medium-low heat,
allowing oatmeal to simmer with a lid on for 30 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve.
Top with the yellow fruit or with the red fruits depending on your
preference.
