During a cooking class at Nature’s Design, a health store located in Binghamton (NY), I have learned that “some” baking powders weren’t a healthy ingredient to use in baking recipes. Why you might ask? Because some of them contain an ingredient called phosphates which can apparently be harmful to health.
So below is a great recipe that I learned about from my dear sister Vendel from the Nature’s Design store. And I must same that my baking recipes are always successful with this baking powder alternative.
