As you will read in the health related Bible verses below, the Bible is clear. God loves us so much and cares about us. But like a good father, he gives us instructions on how to care for our physical, mental and spiritual health. If we cooperate with God, His health laws can decrease and even eliminate sicknesses.

Despite the great importance of considering our physical, mental and spiritual health, we can only enter heaven by accepting Jesus Christ as our savior and Lord and grace through faith. “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God” – Ephesians 2:8


we should not forget that if we don’t pay attention to the health laws of God, we might have less good judgment and it can be easier to sin. Indeed our physical, mental and spiritual health depend on one another because one affects the other. And let us remember that we are saved by grace but “Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.” – James 2:17
