Simple cooked fennel and orange
- 4 medium fennel bulbs sliced
- 2 medium oranges peeled and sliced
- 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- Sea salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- In a large pan, add all the ingredients (except the oranges), stir well and cook over medium heat, covered with a lid, for about 15 minutes.
- When the fennel become a little tender add the oranges and cook, uncovered, for about 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley
