Simple cooked fennel and orange

Ingredients

medium fennel bulbs
sliced

medium oranges
peeled and sliced

extra-virgin olive oil

onion powder
Sea salt
to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
In a large pan, add all the ingredients (except the oranges), stir well and cook over medium heat, covered with a lid, for about 15 minutes.
When the fennel become a little tender add the oranges and cook, uncovered, for about 10 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley
