Simple cooked fennel and orange


  • 4 medium fennel bulbs sliced
  • 2 medium oranges peeled and sliced
  • 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


  • In a large pan, add all the ingredients (except the oranges), stir well and cook over medium heat, covered with a lid, for about 15 minutes.
  • When the fennel become a little tender add the oranges and cook, uncovered, for about 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley
